User Account Responsibility

Account Creation and Access

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you create and publish

AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our Sora2 AI integration is subject to the respective provider's terms (Kie.ai)
You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and TikTok policies
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content, but you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users

Platform Intellectual Property

Proprietary Datasets: All Kuwaiti dialect dictionaries, custom datasets, and language models remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al Maraghi AI Studio
Platform Code: The Platform's software, algorithms, and infrastructure are protected by copyright and trade secret laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Platform without written permission

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

Al Maraghi AI Studio is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or account suspensions
We are not responsible for content removal or policy violations by TikTok
We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party services (Kie.ai, OpenRouter, Perplexity, TikTok API)
We do not guarantee specific results, views, engagement, or viral success
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

By You: You may disconnect your TikTok account or delete your Platform account at any time
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose security risks

Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be revoked
Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy (within 30 days)
Outstanding obligations (if any) will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting a notice in your dashboard
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Sending an email notification (if you've provided an email address)

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
